Advanced Materials Research & Laboratory
Advanced Material Research includes a wide area of research in theoretical and applied fields. Xerox Research Centre of Canada brings together related research for the different departments to include of Chemistry, Biology, Computer Engineering and Electronics, Civil Engineering, Physics and Mechanical Engineering to carry out this process.
Our aims and objectives are to carry out specific and applied research in new and advanced materials and then to educate, inform and train technical and scientific staff in these new fields for our customers.
As one of Canada’s leading advanced Material Research Centers and proud to include a world-class team of scientists and engineers with expertise in a wide range of fields we are second to none.
We continue to create and develop new materials platforms and explore new procedures to incorporate these new materials with functional prototypes.
Our direction is guided by the requirements of our clients and moulded by the knowledge and creativity of our experienced team.
Our current portfolio of past work includes:
- Consumable materials for printing technologies
- Development and integration for health care and retail systems
- Metal based inks for electronic solutions
- New processes of chemical design and scale up systems
