Jennifer manages the Synthesis and Formulation group which is responsible for designing and synthesizing small molecules and polymers, as well as formulating materials for toner, ink, printed electronic, security, and additive manufacturing applications. She leads both Xerox and external client projects across a variety of disciplines. Since joining XRCC she has been named as an inventor on more than 115 U.S. patents, primarily in the areas of ink related materials, formulations, and applications. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a DfLSS Green Belt. She currently sits on the Canadian Board for Xerox’s Women’s Caucus Group (TWA). Jennifer received a B.Sc. in Chemistry from Brock University and a Ph.D. in Synthetic Organic Chemistry from the University of Waterloo. She joined XRCC as an NSERC Industrial Research Fellow in 2002.
