The Xerox Research Centre of Canada (XRCC) focuses on quality as one of our basic key business principles. Quality means providing our external and internal customers with innovative products and services that fully satisfy their requirements. XRCC is committed to continual improvement of the effectiveness of the ISO Management System. Our quality policy and quality objectives are reviewed annually and communicated internally to ensure understanding and improvement. Quality improvement is an understood responsibility of every XRCC employee.
The Scope defines what is and what is not covered by our Quality Management System
The Scope and provisions of the Quality System apply to the following:
- The development and supply of specialty chemical products and services for internal and external clients.
- These products and services include: commercial electronic materials, Xerox materials supply, research, development and engineering services, and analytical and characterization services.
Areas Not Applicable / Out-of-Scope:
- Exploratory research and development materials for Xerox Corporation.
- XRCC strategic research projects from the Advanced Materials Laboratory (AML).
- University partnership interactions.
- Validation activities of products and services provided to customers.
Quality Management Principles
Our Quality Management Principles (QMP) are a set of fundamental beliefs, norms, rules, and values that are used as a basis for quality management.
These principles guide our performance improvement.
The primary focus of quality management is to meet customer requirements and to strive to exceed customer expectations.
